CSS Type Prime Coat Cationic Bitumen Emulsions
ENEM 500 is a slow setting cationic asphalt emulsion used as a primer at surface dressing applications, at hot mix applications, on plent mix or cementitious bases required by the technical specifications. It can be used instead of MC 30 (Fm2 B2) as an alternative option
Application
- The application temperature of CSS should be around 70 ° C.
- Sufficient water is sprayed onto the aggregates.
- Approximately 1.5 kg / m² of CSS is applied by the distributor.
- Filler is dispersed on CSS until the primer on surface changed color from to brown to black
- After filler dispersed road is ready to be given to the traffic.
- The area can be swept after 24 hours.
