Redicote E-47 NPF is produced by Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry a nonionic emulsifier for the production of slow-setting emulsions from bitumen, tall oil pitch, dust oils and resins.

• Super-Stable Emulsions: Emulsions produced with Redicote E-47 NPF show the stability needed for applications such as dense mixes, dust control, mulching and stabilization and may be mixed with cement in recycling and stabilization pro-cesses.
• Wide pH range: The nonionic character of the product means that emulsions can be produced over a wide pH range and the product can be combined with both cationic and anionic co-emulsifiers.
• Improved Eco-toxicity profile: Redicote E-47 NPF does not contain nonylphenol ethoxylate.

Anionic Slow Set Emulsion 0.9-1.4% pH 7-12 Sodium hydroxide
Cationic Slow set Emulsion 1.4-1.8% pH 2-6 Hydrochloric acid

Storage and Handling
Redicote E-47 NPF contains water and stainless steel or polymer storage tanks are preferred. Bulk stores should be maintained at 20-35°C (70-100°F).
Redicote E-47 NPF is a concentrated surfactant and may cause irritation to skin and eyes. Protective gloves and safety goggles must be used when handling this product. For further information consult the Safety Data Sheet.

Packaging Information
Redicote E-47 NPF is available in bulk shipment, in tight head drums of 450 lbs. (204kg) net weight, or in one-way totes (IBCs) of 2400 lbs (1089kg).
